Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced AML Regulatory Compliance Supervisor to lead a team of KYC analysts and oversee day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for team performance, quality, productivity, SLA adherence, and first-level escalation of operational issues while ensuring compliance with established procedures and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of KYC analysts and manage SLA, quality, productivity, and adherence metrics.

• Allocate workloads, manage queues, and optimize team capacity to meet daily and weekly targets.

• Review and approve complex or high-risk KYC cases requiring team lead authorization.

• Conduct daily team huddles and weekly one-on-one coaching sessions based on performance scorecards and quality feedback.

• Monitor analyst performance, support new hire ramp-up, and address performance gaps through coaching and retraining.

• Collaborate with Quality Control teams to resolve recurring defects and improve process compliance.

• Manage attendance, shrinkage, schedule adherence, and team capacity documentation.

• Identify attrition risks and promote employee engagement and retention.

• Escalate operational risks, system issues, volume spikes, and process ambiguities to the Delivery Lead.

• Support Weekly Business Reviews (WBR) with accurate performance reports and root cause analysis.

• Coordinate with Training teams to address knowledge gaps and onboard new employees.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant KYC experience.

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.

• Prior experience as a KYC Team Lead or in a similar supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of Know Your Customer (KYC), AML compliance, and risk-based case review processes.

• Excellent leadership, coaching, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage team performance, operational metrics, and quality standards.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Must be willing to work onsite or in a hybrid setup in Taguig or Cubao, Quezon City, on a night shift schedule.
