Job Title : Lead Process Excellence
Job Description :
We are looking for a Process Excellence professional to lead continuous improvement initiatives, optimize business processes, and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Lean Six Sigma Green Belt-level projects, analyzing process performance, identifying root causes, and implementing sustainable improvements in a BPO/CPO environment.
Experience : 3–8yrs
Location : Manila, Philippines.
Work Setup : Hybrid.
Required Skills :
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Process Mapping
Process Improvement and Workflow Analysis
Data Analysis and Microsoft Excel
SOP Development, Process Documentation, and Stakeholder Management
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Green Belt-level process improvement projects using DMAIC and root cause analysis.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Develop and maintain process maps, SOPs, workflow documentation, and training materials.
Collaborate with Operations, Reporting/MIS, and cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
Present findings, recommendations, and project outcomes to stakeholders.
Support process reviews, workshops, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop control plans and standardized documentation to sustain improvements.
Manage multiple projects and monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
Qualifications :
- BPO/CPO experience.
- Hands-on experience leading Green Belt-level projects using DMAIC, RCA, process mapping, and workflow analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and process documentation tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
Exposure to Lean, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience working with Black Belts, Business Excellence Managers, or Transformation teams.
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
Experience facilitating workshops, huddles, and process reviews.
Ability to influence stakeholders and sustain process improvements.
