Accounting Assistant (SUBIC-BASED)

Description - Assist in daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Perform reconciliations of bank statements and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
- Support month-end closing procedures and assist in the preparation of financial statements.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Working Conditions: Office-based setting with potential for overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work as part of a team.
