FINANCE ASSISTANT
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with the month-end close process.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information at all times.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of some ledger accounts.
- Maintain required records, reports, and files in an organized manner.
- Review open invoice reports; follow up with a schedule of payments or adjustments.
- Reviews all receipts and disbursements, ascertains correct account distribution and ensuring all support documentation is accurate and in order.
- Assist Finance Manager with the year-end financial audit.
- Maintain required records, reports and files in an organized manner.
- Perform other related duties as directed within the project guidelines established.
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Education: • College graduate with degree in Accountancy or related courses Experience: • At least three (3) years related experience as Accounting / Finance office. Others:- Good communication and personal relation skills
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
