- Manage and maintain project documentation to ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date
- Implement document control procedures and systems to track revisions and approvals
- Coordinate with project teams to collect, organize, and distribute documents effectively
- Ensure compliance with internal and external document control standards
- Maintain an organized filing system both physically and electronically
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in document management systems and software
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and organization skills
