INVENTORY CONTROLLER
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related course
- Experience in inventory control, plant operations, warehousing, logistics, LPG, or manufacturing is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of inventory recording, documentation, and reporting
- Detail-oriented, observant, disciplined, and accountable
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willing to work in a plant/operational environment
- Knows how to drive a motorcycle – an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and verify incoming and outgoing inventories
- Conduct actual counts of LPG, cylinders, seals, and other inventoriable items
- Inspect returning and outgoing plant vehicles and monitor customer backloads
- Maintain accurate inventory records, logs, and reports
- Conduct scheduled showroom and franchise inventory/compliance visits
- Identify and report shortages, losses, damages, discrepancies, suspicious activities, and non-compliance
- Perform regular storage readings, pipeline bubble tests, and LPG buffer counts
- Assist with other inventory, accounts receivable, and internal audit-related tasks
