We are looking for a creative, highly organized Social Media Manager to drive our real estate brand across social media platforms, optimize our YouTube channel for rapid subscriber growth, edit video content, and manage listing updates on our website.
In this role, you will create engaging social media posts, design promotional listing graphics in Canva , edit short-form and long-form video content using tools like CapCut , optimize our YouTube channel using TubeBuddy , and format blog articles and property listings on Squarespace .
Responsibilities:
- Manage social media content and calendars using Listing Leads and AI Academy.
- Create real estate captions, CTAs, promotional graphics, and listing carousels.
- Submit all content for client approval before publishing.
- Manage YouTube SEO, thumbnails, descriptions, and performance using TubeBuddy.
- Edit videos into Reels, Facebook videos, YouTube Shorts, and full-length property tours.
- Review AI-generated blogs and publish approved articles through Squarespace.
- Upload listing photos, descriptions, floor plans, and 3D tour links to the website.
- Ensure raw video content is provided weekly.
Qualifications:
- Social media management experience
- Website management and blog formatting experience
- Proficiency in Canva and social media graphic design
- Proficiency in CapCut or similar video editing software
- YouTube SEO, thumbnail creation, and TubeBuddy experience
- Real estate marketing experience preferred
