Job Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency.
- Strong understanding of platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest).
- Skilled in content creation (copywriting, video editing, basic design).
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Excellent communication, creativity, and time-management skills.
Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
- Plan monthly content calendars and campaign schedules.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform features, and best practices.
Content Creation & Management
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content (posts, videos, reels, stories, etc.).
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality assets.
- Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across platforms.
Community Engagement
- Monitor social channels, respond to comments/messages, and foster community conversations.
- Manage social listening to identify opportunities, feedback, and emerging topics.
- Build relationships with influencers, customers, and brand advocates.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, growth, CTR, and conversions.
- Produce monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Optimize content based on performance data.
Collaboration & Campaigns
- Work with marketing, product, and sales teams on integrated campaigns.
- Coordinate paid social ads with the digital marketing team.
- Support event promotions, product launches, and brand initiatives.
