- At least 1 year BPO / Call Center Experience
- Good English communication skills
- Comfortable handling voice calls (sales environment)
- Sales experience is a PLUS but NOT required
- Willing to work onsite in Anonas QC
- Open to shifting schedules
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls
- Offer and promote products/services (sales-focused)
- Achieve sales targets and performance metrics
- Build rapport and deliver excellent customer experience
- Already have 1 year BPO experience and want higher income
- Want incentives on top of your salary
- Prefer morning shift schedules
- Want to grow into sales or higher-paying roles
