TaskUs Anonas QC is now hiring for Voice Accounts open exclusively to candidates with at least 6 months International BPO experience .
Location: TaskUs Anonas, Quezon City
Limited Premium Account Slots

Job Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries
• Provide advanced issue resolution and troubleshooting
• Deliver high-quality customer service aligned with international standards
• Document interactions accurately in the system
• Meet productivity, quality, and CSAT targets
Qualifications
At least 6 months International BPO experience (Required)
Strong English communication skills
Experience handling voice accounts
Comfortable with KPIs and performance metrics
Willing to work onsite in Anonas QC
Open to shifting schedules
