TaskUs is now hiring Customer Service Representatives / Call Center Agents for voice accounts at our Anonas, Quezon City site.
We are currently hiring for multiple programs including Sales and Technical Support accounts.
This opportunity is open to both fresh applicants and experienced BPO professionals.

Support customers of a global ride-sharing platform while assisting with service inquiries and sales opportunities.
Dayshift schedule available

• Account setup
• Troubleshooting technical concerns
• Platform usage support

Qualifications
We are open to applicants with different levels of experience.
Senior High School Graduate (K-12)
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
Applicants may qualify if they have:
No BPO experience (newbies welcome)
At least 6 months BPO experience
1 year BPO experience with solid sales experience
1 year BPO experience with solid technical support experience
Good English communication skills
Comfortable handling voice calls
Willing to work onsite in Quezon City (Anonas)
Willing to work on assigned schedule depending on account
Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative , you will:
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls
Assist customers with service inquiries and account concerns
Provide professional and solution-focused responses
Document customer interactions accurately
Meet performance metrics (Quality, CSAT, Productivity)
