• Fixed dayshift accounts available
• Ideal for applicants who prefer daytime schedule
• Less graveyard exposure
• Stable account support roles

(Account assignment depends on assessment results and business needs.)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone
• Provide accurate information about products, billing, or services
• Resolve concerns professionally and efficiently
• Document interactions properly in the system
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets

Full training will be provided.

No Experience? You Can Apply!

If you’ve worked in customer-facing roles around Quezon City, you already qualify.

Examples:

• Service crew at Jollibee or McDonald's (SM North EDSA / TriNoma / Centris area)
• Sales associate at SM North EDSA or TriNoma
• Cashier at Puregold, Robinsons Supermarket, or local supermarkets
• Front desk / receptionist
• Bank or remittance staff

If you assist customers and can communicate clearly — you qualify.

Qualifications

• Senior High School Graduate
• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
• No BPO experience required
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer navigation skills
• Willing to work onsite in Eton Centris QC
• Open to shifting schedules (dayshift accounts subject to availability)
