What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide assistance with inquiries
- Resolve concerns with empathy, professionalism, and clear communication
- Deliver excellent customer service while following company guidelines
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions
Qualifications
- At least Senior High School graduate (new curriculum) or High School graduate (old curriculum)
- No BPO experience required
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Anonas, Quezon City
- Open to working night shift schedules
