Warehouse & Property Management Assistant (Fixed Assets)

Job description:
- Responsible in receiving, inspecting, verification and tagging of incoming fixed assets/office equipment and issuance to internal customer.
- Oversees the tracking, monitoring and proper upkeep /maintenance of fixed assets /office equipment and building facilities.
- Updates and maintains proper record keeping and tagging of fixed assets /office equipment.
- Identifies non-serviceable and obsolete assets for disposal
- Prepares inspection reports for all fixed assets/office equipment and government mandatory requirements on building facilities.
Qualifications:
- Keen to details
- Has strong communication skills
- Knowledgeable in SAP B1 is an advantage
