Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries and shipments.
- Load and unload products, materials, and equipment safely.
- Organize and store items properly within the warehouse.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or dispatch.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock counting and cycle counts.
- Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records.
- Label, tag, and arrange products according to company procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts when authorized.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse area.
- Report damaged, missing, or defective items to the supervisor.
- Follow company safety procedures and warehouse policies at all times.
- Assist with other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or vocational graduate.
- At least 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory handling and warehouse procedures.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse documentation and inventory systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Forklift operation experience or certification is an advantage but not required.
