CiD Global Solutions, Inc. is seeking talented Sales AccountManagers to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and maintaining strong client relationships within the telecommunications industry. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a leading global provider of innovative communication solutions.
What you'll be doing:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and building a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to secure new contracts and expand existing client relationships
- Engage with clients to understand their needs, propose tailored solutions, and negotiate contract terms
- Collaborate closely with the technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing client satisfaction
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to stay informed about market trends and build a strong professional network
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the telecommunications industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to effectively overcome objections and close deals
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
