Role Description
The Target Account Manager is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and managing high-value target accounts to drive revenue growth for Xurpas Inc. This role focuses on strategic account acquisition, relationship building, and closing sales opportunities, particularly within IT and enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate is results-driven, proactive, and capable of building long-term client partnerships across various industries, including government and enterprise sectors.
Key Responsibilities: Target Account Management
- Identify, pursue, and manage assigned target accounts.
- Develop and execute strategies to convert target accounts into qualified opportunities and closed deals.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets.
Lead Generation
- Proactively generate leads through personal networks, referrals, and multiple sales channels.
- Build and maintain a robust list of prospective clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Building
- Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client business needs and tailor solutions to meet their objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service.
- Ensure alignment in delivering value to clients and achieving sales objectives.
Market Analysis
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Identify market gaps and anticipate client needs to position products and services effectively.
Performance Management
- Define, track, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales targets, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Regularly assess performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the IT or technology sector .
- Proven track record of revenue generation with measurable achievements.
- Strong industry network with experience engaging clients across multiple sectors, including government.
- Results-driven, proactive, professional, and coachable.
- Strong adaptability to changing market dynamics and commitment to continuous learning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
