ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the daily activities of the accounting team.
- Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, tax compliance, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business strategy.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit requirements.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations for accounting staff.
- Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance (CPA license is a strong advantage).
- Proven experience as an Accounting Supervisor, or Junior Accountant.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Odoo, SAP, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
