Description - Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement effective account strategies to meet client needs and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to communicate progress and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to clients.
- Analyze account performance metrics and provide reports to management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3 to 5 years of experience in account management or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation and sales support skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
