As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading Account Executives, developing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of projects that drive business impact.
- Lead and mentor Account Executives, providing direction, support, and performance oversight.
- Develop and execute account strategies to meet revenue targets and client satisfaction goals.
- Drive new business opportunities, securing partnerships and growing key accounts.
- Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring smooth communication and efficient project execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft customized proposals and strategic marketing campaigns.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and KPIs to ensure successful delivery.
- Monitor industry trends and provide clients with competitive insights and innovative solutions.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of Account Executives to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Ensure timely submission of required documentation, contracts, and finance-related approvals.
- Address client concerns and provide proactive solutions to enhance retention and satisfaction.
- Proven experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Sales in events, activations, or marketing.
- Leadership experience in guiding and managing Account Executives or a sales team.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and create strategic solutions for business growth.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple accounts efficiently.
- Willing to work on-site as needed for client meetings and project execution.
