REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
- Open to foreign nationals who require a working visa.
- Open to Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, IT, Communications, or a related field.
- Having at least 5 years of hands-on SEM and Google Ads experience.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), keyword research, bid management, conversion optimization, and performance marketing.
- Having an experience in Google Ads Certification and experience in industries such as iGaming, Sports Betting, Sportsbook, Online Casino, PIGO, FinTech, or E-commerce is a big advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid search advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Baidu Ads, and other search engines.
- Perform keyword research and analysis focused on Mandarin-speaking and Chinese-language markets.
- Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, business partners, and regional teams to support marketing initiatives.
- Assist in managing campaigns targeting Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and other Chinese-speaking regions.
- Monitor updates in search engine algorithms, advertising guidelines, and digital marketing trends to maintain campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with company standards and advertising platform requirements.
- Utilize digital marketing and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Baidu Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Search Console, to track and improve performance.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to analyze campaign results and provide insights.
- Work closely with creative, content, and web development teams to enhance campaign performance and achieve marketing goals.
