Customer Service Specialist Bilingual (Spanish) | BGC Taguig

Work Setup: 100% Onsite (BGC Taguig)
Work Schedule: Night shifts, shifting schedules and split-offs as necessary; working on holidays and weekends as needed
Requirements:
- College graduate/Completed 1st Year
- Must be fluent in Speaking, writing and reading Spanish
- At least 12 months customer facing work experience from any industry
- Conversant in English as secondary language
- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City
- Can start ASAP.
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, personalized support via calls, emails, or chat, adhering to SOPs for a positive customer experience.
- Research solutions to resolve issues, educate clients, and promote products and services.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Navigate online platforms efficiently, stay updated on product info, and comply with company policies and regulations.
- Meet KPIs and SLAs to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Follow program procedures while managing assigned and ad hoc tasks effectively.
