• Collaborate with the client team to understand the business problem, identify the solution approach and work through the design, development, and delivery phases.

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis to develop the training curriculum.

• Develop high-quality and detailed content outlines as per the curriculum.

• Design standards, guidelines, templates, and checklists for the proposed learning solution.

• Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to design and develop relevant and effective training deliverables.

• Review training deliverables to ensure that the deliverable quality is as per the project quality parameters and industry standards.

• Identify and share the risks with the Project Leads/Functional Manager to discuss possible solutions/mitigations/alternatives.

• Identify opportunities to implement new and innovative learning strategies into the solution.

Bring your best skills forward to excel in the role:

• Leverage proficiency in instructional design, research and information gathering, content analysis, content design , knowledge of latest trends in the learning industry.

• Apply your strong knowledge in industry standard design/rapid authoring tools such as Articulate/Captivate/ Lectora/ Camtasia/ SAP Enable Now/WalkMe and be comfortable with client proprietary authoring tools. An ideal candidate should be well-versed with the technical functionalities and limitations of these tools.

• Work in a problem-solving global environment with Cross cultural competence .

• Possess excellent interpersonal and writing skills with a strong business acumen .

Consultant:

• 5 years of consulting experience in consulting firm in content development and instructional designing

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any specialization, preferably Journalism / Mass Communication / English Literature / Advertising / Public Relations

• Extensive experience in developing, reviewing and delivering different training modalities like Instructor-Led Trainings, Web-Based Trainings, application simulations, job aids, and quick reference guides

• Experience in leading and coaching small teams independently

Manager and Senior Manager:

• Minimum 8 years of consulting experience in consulting firm in the areas of instructional design, learning delivery and learning technology

• Minimum 5 years of proven expertise in executing successful corporate learning programs and managing large teams

• Coach Digital learning designers and content developers to prepare materials for instructor development workshops.

• Provide clear and effective feedback to team with the intent to develop their instructional design skills.

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any specialization, preferably Journalism / Mass Communication / English Literature / Advertising / Public Relations

• Experience in leading and managing agile learning projects in a fast-paced environment

• Open to cross-country relocation.

As a Manager/Senior Manager you will be responsible for:

• Leadership responsibilities:  Focus on growing the practice by ensuring the right strategies and actions are in place. Achieve the target metrics on productivity, utilization, geographic penetration, head count growth, controlling attrition and high degree of engagement from the team and maintaining exception delivery quality

• Engagement Management: Manage engagement risk, project economics including planning and budgeting, manage account receivables, define deliverable content, ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client/ client team

• Business Development: Work as part of a joint global sales team to identify and win potential opportunities.

• People Development: Performs role of counselor and coach, provides input and guidance into the firms staffing process, and actively participates in staff recruitment and retention activities.

• Domain Development: Development of assets and methodologies, development of point-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral, public speaking, and publication in industry periodicals.
