Position: HR Team Leader Company Industry: Food Manufacturing Work Location: Pasig City Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-6:00PM Salary: Php 26,000 - Php 27,000 Work Set Up: Work Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in HR Team Leader
- Experience working in food manufacturing is an advantage
- Experience in local employment regulations, labor standards, and workplace safety compliance.
- Amenable to work on-site
- Amenable to start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluate the performance of HR administrative staff, delegating daily workloads effectively.
- Monitor daily HR operations and guide junior HR staff with their weekly tasks
- Coordinate with department managers regarding employee performance and hiring needs
- Prepare annual employee handbooks and update company policies for legal compliance
- Assist external auditors and labor inspectors to ensure timely completion of legal compliance checks
- Prepare monthly HR metrics (like turnover and attendance rates) and present them to management
