We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Healthcare Account to assist patients, members, and healthcare providers with inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, claims, and healthcare services. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound healthcare-related inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Assist with benefit explanations, eligibility verification, and claims status
- Provide accurate and compliant information while following healthcare policies
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system
- Escalate complex or sensitive concerns when necessary
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
