Job Summary

The HRIS Training Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that support the successful adoption of HR technology platforms, primarily Workday and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD). This role partners with HR, HRIS, and Shared Services teams to translate HR processes and system changes into effective learning solutions that improve user adoption, readiness, and overall system proficiency across a global organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis based on HR process changes, system enhancements, and business requirements.
• Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training materials, including e-learning modules, job aids, videos, and other learning resources.
• Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, demonstrations, and Train-the-Trainer programs for global audiences.
• Manage training schedules, communications, enrollments, attendance, and learning records through the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Evaluate training effectiveness using learner feedback, assessments, adoption metrics, and performance data to continuously improve learning programs.
• Provide post-training support and maintain knowledge base articles and self-service resources.
• Collaborate with HRIS, HR Operations, Global Process Owners, and Shared Services teams to support HR system implementations, enhancements, and change management initiatives.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools and modern learning technologies to enhance content development, reporting, and learner experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supporting HR technology platforms, including Workday and/or ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), within a global HR Shared Services or enterprise environment.
• Proven experience designing and delivering HR systems and process training, conducting training needs analysis, and supporting change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Strong instructional design, facilitation, and presentation skills, with experience using e-learning and multimedia authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Camtasia.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools for learning content creation, analytics, or personalization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Learning Management Systems (LMS), SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams.
