- Bachelor's Degree holder in any related field
- At least 1–3 years of experience in Purchasing and Procurement
- Experience working in an international trading is an advantage
- With experience in the same industry is an advantage
- Able to start as soon as possible
- Prepare and process purchase orders while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines regarding shipment schedules and documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing requirements to maintain sufficient stock availability.
- Track and expedite orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve shipment delays or supply issues.
- Prepare and review import/export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs documentation.
- Coordinate logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure efficient product movement.
- Maintain accurate purchasing, supplier, and logistics records in the company's database or ERP system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure reliable service and continuous improvement.
- Monitor supplier performance based on quality, pricing, and delivery efficiency and recommend improvements when necessary.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Warehouse, and Finance teams to ensure timely procurement and proper inventory management.
- Resolve purchasing, shipping, and delivery discrepancies through effective communication with suppliers and logistics providers.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures, import/export regulations, and applicable government requirements.
- Prepare purchasing and logistics reports, including cost analysis, supplier performance, and shipment status updates for management.
- Perform other procurement and logistics-related duties assigned by management to support business operations.
