- Prepare and process customs documentation for imports and exports.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and customs laws.
- Communicate with customs officials regarding the status of shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and documentation.
- Assist clients with inquiries and provide solutions to customs-related issues.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as International Business or Logistics.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in customs brokerage or logistics.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for fieldwork as needed.
