Office Leasing Agent

Job Description:
- Market and promote available office spaces to prospective tenants
- Source and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Conduct property viewings and present leasing proposals
- Negotiate lease terms and close leasing deals
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords, corporate clients, and brokers
- Prepare leasing documentation and coordinate contract processing
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and rental rates in Cebu
- Ensure high levels of customer service and client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Experience in office and corporate leasing preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of the Cebu commercial real estate market is an advantage
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field preferred
