- We are looking for a responsible and trustworthy Boarding House Caretaker to oversee the daily operations of our boarding house in Iloilo. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety, cleanliness, and comfort of all tenants while maintaining order in the premises.
- Supervise and enforce house rules for tenants.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally.
- Collect rent payments and issue receipts.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways, bathrooms, and kitchen.
- Monitor utilities (water and electricity usage) and report maintenance issues.
- Assist with tenant check-ins, check-outs, and room inspections.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with service providers when necessary.
- Ensure security by monitoring visitors and maintaining proper records.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in property management or as a caretaker is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, responsible, and able to handle minor maintenance tasks.
- Willing to stay on-site (if required) and work flexible hours.
