- We are looking for a responsible and organized Boarding House Caretaker/Manager to oversee the daily operations of our boarding house in Iloilo. The ideal candidate will ensure the cleanliness, security, and maintenance of the property while assisting tenants with their needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in property management or as a caretaker is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Trustworthy, responsible, and able to handle minor maintenance tasks.
- Willing to work flexible hours and be on-call for emergencies.
