We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team. If you have a passion for motorcycles and a talent for connecting with customers, this is your chance to turn that passion into a career.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom and at events
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable motorcycle models
- Provide detailed product information and financing options
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Bristol Motorcycle products and promotions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Build long-term relationships with customers and follow up post-sale
- Assist in showroom maintenance and inventory management
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales (automotive or motorcycle industry preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for motorcycles and riding culture
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Basic computer literacy (CRM systems, email, inventory tools)
