Talent Acquisition Specialist (US)
Our Clients
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
- Source, screen, interview, and endorse qualified candidates for open positions.
- Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to define hiring requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Manage multiple job requisitions and maintain an active, high-quality candidate pipeline.
- Lead recruitment efforts for US healthcare and healthcare support roles.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment records using the ATS and related systems.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience while driving continuous improvement across recruitment processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or end-to-end recruitment.
- Required: Proven experience recruiting for US healthcare roles.
- Experience in a Shared Services, BPO, or multinational organization.
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
