Eastwood, Quezon City | Night Shift
Hybrid Setup: 3 days onsite • 2 days WFH
- 1–3 years of administrative or onboarding experience, preferably supporting U.S.-based teams or clients
- High attention to detail; able to manage, verify, and archive client-related forms accurately
- Experience coordinating with client employees is an advantage
- Amenable to a hybrid work setup (3 days onsite, 2 days work-from-home)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding steps for new hires, including background checks, paperwork, and compliance requirements.
- Communicate onboarding instructions, timelines, and follow-ups to candidates.
- Ensure all onboarding documents are completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Liaise with HR, IT, and hiring managers to ensure a seamless first-day experience.
- Update onboarding trackers and escalate delays or issues as needed.
