Description - Conduct full-cycle recruitment for various positions across multiple industries.
- Source and screen candidates using various channels and methodologies.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data efficiently.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 5–8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency with ATS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to changing environments.
