The Procurement Staff is primarily responsible for managing the purchasing activities of JHRC Holdings, Inc. This includes ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services, developing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures. It is also responsible for receiving of purchase request, request for quotations, preparation of purchase orders, contact and coordinate with suppliers, receiving of items (Received Report), and compiling documents such as PR/RFQ/PO/DR/INVOICES to be submitted to accounting.
