Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Account Davao City | Onsite About the Role We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Healthcare Account in Davao City. Job Description As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries, account concerns, claims, and general support through phone, chat, or email. Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and concerns
- Provide information about healthcare services and accounts
- Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Escalate concerns when needed
- Maintain good customer service and communication
- Paid training provided from Day 1
- Training on healthcare tools and customer service processes
- Onsite work setup in Davao City
- High School or Senior High School Graduate
- Open to fresh grads, experience is an advantage
- Good English communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willing to work onsite in Davao City
