Captain Waiter

Solutions Talentcore is a premier third-party manpower solutions provider serving businesses across Mindanao. We are currently assisting one of our partner restaurants in their search for a highly motivated and experienced Captain Waiter. We are looking for a dedicated professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and leading a team to create memorable dining experiences. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant setting. Strong leadership and professional communication skills. Proven ability to manage floor operations and effectively delegate tasks to service staff. Highly organized, proactive, and committed to a customer-first mindset. Compensation & Benefits Starting Salary: P25,000.00 Service Incentive: Average of P15,000.00 per month (based on the restaurant's sales performance). Additional government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG). Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily floor operations to ensure seamless service. Maintain high standards of service, hygiene, cleanliness, and food presentation. Serve as the point of contact for guest inquiries and resolve any service-related issues professionally. Train, mentor, and supervise junior service staff to ensure operational excellence.
