ROLE SUMMARY

The Customer Service Representative – Retail Account will assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, purchases, returns, exchanges, and general retail support. You will ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience by providing accurate information and resolving concerns efficiently. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email related to retail products and services
• Assist with order placement, tracking, returns, and exchanges

• Document all customer interactions accurately in the system

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
• No experience required
• Open to fresh graduates and career shifters
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written)

• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
