Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to lead and manage the quality operations for a telecommunications account. The ideal candidate has extensive and recent experience in the telco industry, a proven track record in quality management, and the ability to drive performance improvements through effective coaching, analytics, and process optimization.
Qualifications
- At least 2–3 years of recent Telco BPO experience is required.
- At least 1 year of experience as a QA Manager in a BPO environment..
- Experience handling the AT&T program is an advantage.
- Willing to work on-site.
