• Collaborate with team leaders to improve performance and service delivery
• Participate in team activities, coaching sessions, and continuous improvement efforts

Job Qualifications

We welcome both experienced professionals and first-time applicants . To qualify:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• At least a High School Graduate (Old or New Curriculum)
• Good communication skills in English and Filipino
• Computer literate and able to navigate basic systems
• Willing to work onsite at our Transcom Iloilo site
• With or without BPO experience — newbies are welcome to apply
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude
