Job Overview – Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and confidence
- Understand customer concerns and provide clear, effective solutions
- Resolve issues using strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Meet or exceed quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
- Follow company processes and handle escalations appropriately
Who Can Apply
With BPO / Call Center Experience
- At least High School Graduate
- 6 months or more Call Center / BPO experience
Without BPO Experience
- At least 2nd Year College Completed
Other Qualifications
- Willing to work night shift and shifting schedules
- Strong English communication skills
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and goal-driven
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Team player with integrity and professionalism
- Fast learner who can adapt to new tools and systems
