Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate
- College undergraduates and graduates are welcome to apply
- With or without BPO experience – fresh graduates are encouraged!
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite at Concentrix Davao
- Amenable to shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
As a Customer Service Representative , you will:
- Provide assistance to customers via phone, chat, or email
- Handle billing, product, or technical concerns with professionalism
- Represent international brands while delivering top-notch service
