Davao City (Accessible to applicants from Bajada, Matina, Toril, Panacan, and nearby areas)
Available Positions:
- Customer Service Representative – Voice Account
- Customer Support Representative – Non-Voice (Chat / Email Support)
Who Can Apply?
No BPO Experience? You Are Welcome
If you have experience working in:
- Gaisano Mall, SM Lanang, Abreeza Mall
- Retail stores or sales associate roles
- Fast food crew or café staff
- Hotel front desk or tourism-related roles
- Promodiser, cashier, or customer service positions
Your customer-facing experience is valuable and relevant.
Senior High School Graduates
If you recently graduated SHS and completed:
- Work immersion
- OJT
- Internship programs
That counts as experience. You are encouraged to apply.
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
Do not hesitate to apply.

Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers through voice calls and/or chat and email platforms depending on account assignment.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering inbound customer inquiries
- Providing accurate product and service information
- Resolving concerns professionally
- Documenting interactions properly
- Meeting quality and performance standards
Paid training will be provided before deployment.
