Fund Accounting Manager
We are seeking an experienced Fund Accounting Manager to oversee fund accounting operations, financial reporting, and client deliverables, with a strong focus on Private Equity and closed-end fund structures . The role will lead and develop a team of fund accounting professionals while ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality reporting across multiple engagements and reporting cycles.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any related field.
8+ years of progressive experience in fund accounting or fund administration, with a significant focus on Private Equity or closed-end fund structures .
4+ years of direct team management experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and retain a team of fund accounting professionals across multiple reporting cycles and client engagements simultaneously.
Strong understanding of fund accounting principles, financial reporting, and operational processes.
Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate, high-quality work within deadlines.
