Description - Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reporting packages for management review.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Supervise and develop accounting staff to enhance their professional growth.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
