Fund Accounting Senior Associate

We are seeking a Senior Fund Accounting Associate to support the day-to-day accounting and reporting activities of investment funds. This role involves maintaining fund records, validating investor transactions, performing reconciliations, preparing financial reports, and ensuring the timely delivery of fund accounting deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle fund accounting activities, including transaction processing, reconciliations, and portfolio support.
• Verify investor subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and other fund transactions.
• Review fund valuations and investigate pricing or reconciliation exceptions.
• Prepare financial statements, fee calculations, partner allocations, and other fund reports.
• Assist with month-end close, external audits, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Identify process improvement opportunities while ensuring compliance with internal controls and service standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in fund accounting or fund administration.
• Knowledge of investment products, financial reporting, and fund accounting principles.
• Experience with financial statement preparation, reconciliations, and audit support.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
