Account Payable Manager

The AP Manager leads the overall accounts payable function, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across systems, processes, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end AP operations across invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations
- Lead, mentor, and develop Team Leads and AP staff
- Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and company requirements
- Drive automation and process optimization initiatives
- Manage high-level vendor relationships and dispute resolution
- Partner with Finance, Procurement, and senior stakeholders
- Deliver insights through reporting, analytics, and performance metrics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 4–7+ years of experience in AP or finance operations
- At least 4–5 years in a managerial role
- Strong background in shared services/BPO or multinational environment
- Proven leadership and transformation experience
- Advanced ERP and process improvement expertise
