We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our regional Marketing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering engaging, brand-aligned creative solutions that support regional marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels and markets. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, CRM, digital and campaign teams to develop innovative creative assets that drive member engagement, campaign effectiveness and business growth.

How You'll Shine

• Developing and producing high-quality creative assets for regional marketing campaigns across digital channels, including email marketing, websites, landing pages, social media and mobile platforms.
• Adapting and localising campaign creative to support multiple markets, stakeholders and partner requirements while maintaining consistency in brand identity and messaging.
• Translating campaign briefs and commercial objectives into visually compelling creative executions that support engagement, activation and revenue-driving outcomes.
• Supporting the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns by creating assets for CRM, digital marketing and lifecycle communications across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Managing and maintaining creative assets within marketing automation platforms, including email templates, modular design components and dynamic content structures.
• Supporting the development, optimisation and maintenance of email templates and campaign assets to ensure alignment with brand standards, technical requirements and digital best practices.
• Collaborating with Marketing Operations and CRM teams to troubleshoot design-related issues and ensure seamless implementation of creative assets within automated campaigns.
• Supporting the design, maintenance and enhancement of creative assets across websites, landing pages and other digital channels to ensure content remains visually engaging and campaign aligned.
• Partnering with digital marketing and campaign teams to deliver assets that support user experience best practices, clear information hierarchy and effective visual communication.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to manage creative workflows, prioritise requests and ensure timely delivery of campaign assets across multiple projects and markets.
• Coordinating with internal teams, external agencies and creative partners to ensure all deliverables meet quality, brand and campaign standards.
• Assessing workload requirements and supporting the allocation of work between internal production resources and external creative partners when required.
• Ensuring all creative assets adhere to established brand guidelines, visual identity standards and campaign messaging frameworks.
• Providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders and external partners on brand-compliant creative execution across marketing materials and digital platforms.
• Maintaining design templates, creative libraries and reusable assets to support operational efficiency and consistency across regional marketing programs.

What You Will Bring

• A degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Multimedia Design, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline is preferred.
• Relevant experience in creative design, digital marketing design, campaign production or a related creative role.
• Strong creative and digital design capability across email, web, social media and mobile platforms.
• Experience supporting regional marketing operations or working with stakeholders across multiple countries is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of marketing automation platforms and email design best practices, including responsive templates, modular content and dynamic content structures.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other relevant creative tools.
• Familiarity with web-based design environments and collaboration tools such as Figma, Canva or similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS to support email and digital design implementation.
• Ability to translate campaign briefs and business objectives into effective visual communications and engaging customer experiences.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple campaigns, markets and communication channels.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across marketing, CRM, digital and campaign teams.
• Strong organisational and workflow management skills with the ability to prioritize competing requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot creative and technical implementation challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned responsibilities and contribute positively within a collaborative team environment.
• A proactive, adaptable and customer-focused approach to supporting regional marketing initiatives and creative excellence.
