Position Summary:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Graphic Artist to develop visual designs and production-ready layouts for printing, signage, advertising materials, corporate giveaways, and other company projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to translate client and project requirements into effective and visually appealing designs.

The Graphic Artist will work closely with the Sales, Production, Operations, and Management teams to ensure that all designs are accurate, properly prepared for production, and consistent with client specifications and company standards.

What you'll do:

• Create graphic designs, layouts, mock-ups, and artwork for print and digital applications.
• Develop designs for banners, tarpaulins, signage, stickers, labels, brochures, flyers, business cards, posters, shirts, uniforms, packaging, and other advertising materials.
• Prepare layouts and production-ready files according to required dimensions, specifications, and printing requirements.
• Review job orders and design requirements to ensure that all necessary details are complete and accurate before production.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Production teams regarding design requirements, revisions, specifications, and deadlines.
• Create mock-ups and visual presentations for client approval.
• Make necessary revisions based on client or management feedback while maintaining design quality and accuracy.
• Ensure that designs follow company branding guidelines and client-specified requirements.
• Check artwork for proper dimensions, resolution, color mode, bleed, margins, fonts, images, and other technical requirements before sending files for production.
• Prepare and organize final artwork and files for printing, signage fabrication, and other production processes.
• Maintain organized digital files, templates, fonts, images, and other design resources.
• Assist in developing creative concepts for promotional campaigns, marketing materials, and company projects.
• Adapt existing designs into different sizes, formats, and applications as required.
• Coordinate with suppliers, production personnel, and other departments when technical design specifications need clarification.
• Assist in checking printed or fabricated materials to ensure that the finished output matches the approved design.
• Keep updated with current design trends, techniques, and software tools relevant to the company's products and services.
• Perform other related graphic design, artwork, and administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Preferably a graduate of Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• At least one (1) year of experience in graphic design, layout, or production artwork is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio and relevant skills are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in printing, signage, advertising, branding, or production artwork is an advantage.
• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
• Knowledge of basic printing and production processes is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Able to accurately follow design specifications, measurements, and client instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors before production.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Willing to accept revisions and work collaboratively with different departments.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time position, Monday-Saturday*
• Schedule will depend on business needs
• Work Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Lunch break: 12:00-1:00Coffee break: 10:00AM - 10:15AM; 3:00 PM - 3:15PM10-day paid training (P600/day during the training period)Probationary Period:
• 6 months probationary employment
• Performance will be reviewed before regularization
